1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Bordosan LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Stillward guided meditation mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect the following information that you provide to us directly:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Login credentials (such as a password, which we store in hashed form, or an authentication token if you sign in through a third-party identity provider)

2.2 Purchase and Subscription Information

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat, Inc. ("RevenueCat") in conjunction with the Apple App Store (and, where applicable, Google Play). When you make a purchase, RevenueCat and the applicable app store collect and process the information necessary to complete the transaction (such as a transaction identifier, subscription status, purchase history, and a pseudonymous user identifier). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, debit card number, or other full payment card information. RevenueCat shares with us only the information necessary to verify your subscription status, manage entitlements, and provide customer support. RevenueCat's processing of your information is governed by RevenueCat's privacy policy, available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain limited information may be collected automatically by the App, the operating system, or the app store, including:

• Device type, operating system, and app version (used for compatibility and crash diagnostics)
• Anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers assigned by Apple or Google (such as the Identifier for Vendors), used solely to associate your account with your subscription entitlements
• Approximate aggregated usage data (such as whether the App launched successfully) used to maintain the service

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that build behavioral profiles of you, and we do not sell your personal information.

2.4 Voice and Audio Content

All guided meditation audio in the App was produced by us using ElevenLabs, Inc. text-to-speech technology during development. All audio is fully pre-generated, finalized, and bundled within the App itself. The App does not record your voice, does not transmit any audio you produce, and does not communicate with ElevenLabs or any third-party voice service while you use the App. ElevenLabs receives no information about you or your use of the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To create, authenticate, and maintain your account
• To deliver the meditation content and features of the App
• To verify your subscription status and process refunds, restorations, and renewals through RevenueCat and the applicable app store
• To respond to your support requests, feedback, and inquiries
• To send essential service communications (such as account confirmations, security notices, or material changes to this Policy)
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations of our Terms of Service
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising or behavioral tracking, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: to provide the App and process your subscription.
• Legitimate interests: to maintain the security and functionality of the App and to communicate with you about your account.
• Consent: where required by law (for example, for any optional communications). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the App, including RevenueCat (for subscription management) and our authentication provider. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and to use it only on our behalf.
• App stores. When you purchase or download the App, the Apple App Store (and, where applicable, Google Play) processes your transaction in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bordosan LLC, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the address below; we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period after we receive your request, unless we are required to retain it by law.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: ask us to delete your information
• Portability: receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format
• Restriction or objection: ask us to restrict or stop certain processing

8.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the rights described above and may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly delete it.

10. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using the App, you consent to such transfer.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
